The calculations done by BAS give the maximum storage ca pacity as 2,959
cubic yards, with a flow through rate of 752 tons per day of recyclables and up to 1,865 tons per day of the heavier municipal solid
waste.

I think the box, 4.e. Design Capacity -Transfer/Processing, is asking for storage capacity and it should read 2,959.

I believe the 3,080 tonnage number is a hold over from the previous tonnage limit for both the landfill and R&R. I believe the
number should be as discussed above or should reflect the new tonnage limit for the combined landfill and R&R (i.e. 46,080
tons/wk; not to exceed 8,668 tpd).
In either case, the permitted maximum tonnage at R&R is 500 tpd.

Under Item 14. Prohibitions - The sentence describing what the permittee can accept at the transfer station is a little unclear. It
starts with listing the prohibitions and then after the colon lists what is acceptable. I think the words "are allowed for processing"
should be added at the end of the list or permitted items. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my comments

Regards,
Kevin
