Sewage backup.They have isolated the area and shut down the multipurpose room, restrooms, main office and cafeteria to prevent further back up. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS No Temperature Data Collected COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Upon arrival:the main office is in operation, the kitchen is serving lunch and the multi-purpose room is occupied by students and staff. I spoke with the custodian, Cisco, and he states that there was a back-up in the middle of the night toward the north side of the parking lot(close to the Montessori School). He states that the kitchen and multi-purpose room were not impacted. Upon inspection of the kitchen and the back side of the kitchen (out by the grease interceptor covers),there is no evidence of surfacing sewage in this immediate area. Per Cisco, the grease interceptor will be serviced this next week. At the time of the inspection: *The floor sinks at the 3-comp sink,the 2-comp food prep sink,the dish machine, and the walk-in coolers are clear, free-flowing and have no standing water. *The hand sinks in the kitchen and in the restroom are free flowing with no back-up of waste water. *The toilet in the kitchen staff restroom flushes properly with no overflow/back-up.
