Frewert Road , Lathrop , CA 95330
SWIS No. 39-AA-0051
Dear Mr. Wade:
We have reviewed the attached request for an extension emergency waiver of State Minimum
Standards (SMS) for the safe and proper disposal of waste associated with COVIDA 9 . As a
result of the public health risk associated with the COVIDA 9 , the shutdown of other green waste
processors and/or other material recovery facilities will result in an increase in tonnage and
vehicle traffic as green waste is redirected to the site from other facilities .
The request to extend the emergency waiver of standards is granted . The emergency waiver
was granted to temporary suspension of the daily tonnage and vehicle limits at the facility.
Based upon this review and pursuant to Title 14 , California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Article
3 , Emergency Waiver of Standards , Section 17210 . 8 et seq . , a waiver of the Permit Terms and
Conditions, requested above , is hereby granted for a period up to one hundred and twenty ( 120)
days upon receipt of this letter, with the following conditions :
1 . All other State Minimum Standards and permit conditions , which are not subject to the
waiver, shall remain in effect including the permitted maximum capacity of 100, 000 cubic
yards.
2 .
