The odor was moderate and track out was light . <br /> 2 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Raw green waste was 96 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 138 ° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 144 ° F to 155 ° F . <br /> - Finished product ranged from 124 ° F to 140 ° F <br /> - Biosoil was 88 ° F <br /> - Overs were 132 ° F <br /> - Finished compost was 158 ° F <br /> 3 . Records received by email . <br /> 4 . Litter was light . Litter was not observed on neighboring properties . <br /> 5 . Fly bait stations were observed at various locations . <br /> 6 . The weather during the inspection was 66 ° F with a wind speed of 5 mph . <br /> 7 .
