Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Central Valley Compost (39-AA-0051 ) <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. Operator provides records by email. <br /> 2. Discussed track out with operators, George Azevedo and Jonathan Rocha. Operators <br /> agreed to increase the frequency of the sweeper and the water truck, during wet weather <br /> conditions and as needed. <br /> 3. The odor and track out were light. <br /> 4. Fly traps were observed on the eastern and western fences. <br /> 5. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection. Raw green waste was <br /> 90F. Ground green waste was 108F. Windrows ranged from 157F to 168F. The finished <br /> product ranged from 138F to 158F. The Biosoil was 80F and overs were 72F. <br /> 6. Stockton Fence is in the process of installing/ repairing the perimeter fence and installing <br /> the fence for the ponds. <br /> 7. The temperature during the inspection was 50F with a wind speed of 4 mph. <br /> 8.
