OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The 87, 91 Racine 100, diesel 1, and diesel 2 tanks forms incorrectly indicates the overfill prevention method for the site is audible/visual alarms and ball floats; the site is using mechanical flappers and no ball floats. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is (Minor) Violation. 12 CA Code of Regulations 2637(e), 2637(f) 2010009 - Secondary containment test results submitted to the CUPA within 30 days after the test.. OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was performed on 4/17/2022. A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the 'Secondary Containment Testing Report Form' must be submitted within 30 days of the test. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide this report to the EHD. This is (Minor) Violation. 30 CA Code of Regulations 2630(d), 2641(a) 2060015 - Leak detection equipment located so leak is detected at the earliest possible opportunity (TCR 9d). OBSERVATION: The diesel #2 tank annular sensor was found not located at the bottom of the tank to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. The service technician found the wrap around sensor on top pf the annular space . REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity.
