Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />72 <br />CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039 - Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. This facility carry <br />out repairs without providing at least 48hours notification to EHD. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and <br />operator of underground storage tank (UST) systems shall comply with all requirements of the permit issued for the <br />operation of the UST system. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST <br />systems into compliance by following UST rules and regulation. <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />OBSERVATION: A cold start was performed on the monitoring panel TLS 350 plus on 02/14/2024 by Elite IV and EHD <br />was not notified. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release <br />detection may be performed by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and <br />a permit obtained within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and <br />approved by the EHD prior to beginning work. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD <br />for not notifying EHD . A "Failure to Obtain a Permit" penalty applies. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 7/07/2024 . To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person <br />receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be <br />provided at EHD hourly rate ($162).
