The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The DO was on site and provided the facility a current copy of their UST Operating Permit. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. 2023 UST <br /> Monitoring Certification Test Results were missing. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years.
