B. Remove all C&D debris from site and take to an approved disposal facility. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A quarterly inspection was conducted on 2/21/24, and the following was noted: <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1. Observed exposed glass in the northwestern portion of the property and southernmost <br />portion of the property next to Lovelace Rd. Cover exposed glass with clean soil. <br />2. Vegetation was low. <br />3. Observed various bore holes throughout the property. Please maintain vectors to a <br />minimum. Make the necessary repairs to the burrow holes and take measures to prevent <br />further burrowing. <br />4. Observed various tire tracks on the property. Please refrain from any activities on the <br />property. <br />5. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br />this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air district and local land <br />use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />6.
