Only trained personnel will bulk materials. Required PPE will be worn at all times. <br />b. Personnel will be made aware of the location of spill and emergency response equipment. <br />Equipment will be identified by orange safety flags (i.e. fire extinguisher, safety shower, etc.). <br />c. Personnel will observe all safety precautions for bulking i.e. use caution with rusted cans, hold cans <br />on the sides to avoid contact with bulking trees. <br />d. Liquid spills shall be contained and recovered immediately <br />e.
