Earhart Avenue, Suite 300 <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />San Joaquin County has contracted with CleanEarth (Harsco) to perform a Household Hazardous Waste <br />Collection Event at the North Parking Lot of the Tracy Civic Center.
