Violation#203 and#619 <br /> The following tank inspections have been completed: <br /> - Gasoline steel tank monthly inspections were conducted on March 16, 2024; April 1, 2024; and May 1, 2024.The <br /> annual inspection was conducted on April 8, 2024. <br /> - Crop oil poly tanks (#s 4, 5, 7, and 8) and rinsate totes were inspected on March 26, 2024 and April 29, 2024. <br /> - See attached photos of inspection records at the end of this addendum. <br /> There are no prior inspection records. Moving forward, SGS will inspect the gasoline tank on a monthly and annual basis <br /> using the Steel Tank Institute (STI) SP001 standard. The crop oil poly tanks will be inspected monthly using the Simplot <br /> poly tank inspection form. <br /> The following annual training was conducted in March and April 2024: <br /> - March 13, 2024: SPCC briefing for all employees. <br /> - March 14,April 5, and April 25, 2024: Oil-handling personnel were trained in the operation and <br /> maintenance of equipment to prevent discharges; discharge procedure protocols; applicable pollution <br /> control laws, rules, and regulations; general facility operations; and the contents of the facility SPCC Plan. <br /> - March 16, 2024: Personnel responsible for conducting inspections of the gasoline tank received training on <br /> the STI SP001 inspection procedure and recordkeeping requirements. <br /> - March 22, 2023: Personnel responsible for conducting inspections of poly tanks received training on the <br /> inspection procedure and recordkeeping requirements. <br /> - March 22, 2024: Personnel were trained on stormwater inspection, discharge, and recordkeeping <br /> procedures. <br /> There are no prior inspection records. Moving forward,these trainings will occur on an annual basis and records will be <br /> maintained for at least 3 years. <br /> Page 1 2 <br />
