This law required you to submit necessary documentation to prove that your <br /> pool light fixtures are equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter by January 1, 1999. <br /> Our records indicate that you have not complied with this requirement. <br /> Please complete the attached form and return it to the Environmental Health Department <br /> by Failure to satisfy the requirement may result in the <br /> closure of your pool/spa. <br /> The certification inspection of your pool light fixture must either be performed by an <br /> electrician with a C-10.
