A complete report was <br />finished on 06/18/2024 and replaces the initial checklist. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to <br />Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br />will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection <br />report. <br />*Very important Notes: <br />-Approximately one gallon of liquid was observed in the bio diesel fill sump, satellite UDCs #22, 23, 24, 26, 27 and <br />29. <br />-In CERS overfill prevention equipment method check as Audible/visual alarms and Shut-off valve.
