CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2400053 <br /> ALBERT B SR . & MARIE DALPORTO TRUST / DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-2400053 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 24 , 2024 , which is the effective date of approval . Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped , and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a Licensed Land Surveyor . WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT : The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" . The " Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete . Filing Fees are required for this application . LOT WIDTH : The following requirements shall apply : <br /> 1 . Each Parcel shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet , measured at the front yard setback <br /> line .
