Agency Notification Standard Report <br /> T & T TRUCKING, INC. <br /> 11396 North Highway 99, Lodi, California <br /> Information contained in this report and any supporting documentation, must be submitted to the United States Environmental <br /> Protection Agency Region 9 Regional Administrator (US EPA RA), to the San Joaquin County Certified Unified Program Agency <br /> (CUPA)and to San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services,within 60 days of the qualifying discharge incident. <br /> Facility: T&T Trucking, Inc. <br /> Location: 11396 North Highway 99 <br /> Lodi, California <br /> (800) 692-3457 <br /> Owner/operator: Terry Tarditi <br /> 11396 North Highway 99 <br /> Lodi, California <br /> (800) 692-3457 <br /> Name of person(s) filing report: <br /> Maximum approximate storage capacity: 48,355 gallons <br /> Average monthly throughput: 75,000 gallons <br /> Nature of qualifying incident(s): <br /> ❑ Discharge to navigable waters or adjoining shorelines exceeding 1,000 gallons <br /> ❑ Second discharge exceeding 42 gallons within a 12-month period. <br /> Description of Facility (attach maps, flow diagrams, and topographical maps): <br /> The Facility is located at 11396 North 99 Frontage Road in a primarily industrial area of Lodi, California. <br /> The Facility is comprised of approximately 18.87 acres of land and is bordered on the north and east by <br /> developed commercial or agricultural property, the south by Morse Road and on the west by California <br /> State Highway 99. <br /> T&T Trucking is a licensed freight shipping and truck company which transports non-hazardous dry bulk <br /> commodities for clientele within the Western United States, including California, Nevada, Oregon, <br /> Washington, Arizona and Utah. The Facility provides wash, diesel fueling, lube and maintenance service <br /> for its fleet of tractor trailer vehicles. Storage of tractors, trailers and miscellaneous vehicles is also provided <br /> at the Facility. <br /> The Facility includes: a tire and service shop, an office, a main shop, a truck wash and shop building, a <br /> weld shop, an additional shop, a fuel island, a berm fuel storage area, storage and supply container area, <br /> water recycling tanks, oil/water separator, and various areas for parking of trailers, trucks, and employees. <br /> Surface runoff from the fuel island loading/unloading area, numerous paved surface areas, and the truck <br /> wash rack is diverted to a 5,000-gallon oil and water separator prior to discharging into the retention basin. <br /> The north portion of the property is used as an orchard. Petroleum products are stored in the AST area <br /> south of the fuel island and within numerous buildings. <br />
