REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The drain valve gasket was replaced and the 91 spill container was retested and passed. Corrected on site. OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note the correct secondary containment test dates on the 06/2023-05/2024 designated operator inspection reports. REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The owner, Tony Singh, corrected the secondary containment test dates on the 06/2023-05/2024 designated operator reports at the time of the inspection. Corrected on site. This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: All violations observed were corrected at the time of the inspection. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
