Notes: <br /> <br />1. The previous area of concern for “Operator Complies with Terms & Condition” has been <br />corrected. The ground green waste has been processed. <br />2. A lab analysis report was provided for February 2022, but a report was not provided for <br />January 2022. <br />3. Track out onto Austin Road was light. <br />4. Odors were moderate and flies were not observed. <br />5. Records were reviewed from February 20, 2022 to March 21, 2022. <br />6. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br />- Incoming green waste was 75°F. <br />- Ground green waste was 131°F. <br />- Windrows ranged from 144°F to 157°F. <br />- Finished compost measured 148°F. <br />- Finished product was 112°F. <br />- Biomulch ranged from 122°F to 128°F. <br />- Overs were 124°F. <br />7.
