The fly population and odors were light. <br /> 4 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 92 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 112 ° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 142 ° F to 165 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured 149 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 104° F . <br /> - Biomulch was 140° F . <br /> - Overs were 98 ° F <br /> 5 . The temperature during the inspection was 82 ° F with a wind speed of 2 mph . <br /> 6 .
