The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> - Incoming green waste was 100°F. <br /> - Ground green waste was 126°F. <br /> - Windrows ranged from 132°F to 166°F. <br /> - Finished compost measured 122°F. <br /> - Finished product was 116°F. <br /> - Biomulch was 136°F. <br /> - Overs were 96°F. <br /> 4. The temperature during the inspection was 74°F with a wind speed of 5 mph. <br /> 5. Minimal amount of litter observed on neighboring property. <br /> 6.
