Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report ( 93 ) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39 -AA- 0020 ) <br /> 10/ 18/2022 <br /> 3 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 74 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 132 ° F to 172F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 152 ° F to 170 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured 142 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 120 ° F . <br /> - Biomulch was 130 ° F . <br /> - Overs were 82 ° F . <br /> 4 . The temperature during the inspection was 65 ° F with a wind speed of 6 mph . <br /> 5 . Minimal amount of litter observed on neighboring property . <br /> 6 . The lab analysis report for September 2022 was provided to the EHD . <br /> 7 . Per operator , the screener was down during the inspection . <br /> 8 . Dust was controlled by utilizing water truck . <br /> 9 . Falconry is used for bird control during the winter months . <br /> 10 . The temperature of the ground green waste was measured at 172F . The temperature of <br /> the waste was discussed with the operator .
