The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 82 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 132 ° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 132 ° F to 148 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured ranged from 92 OF to 155 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 92 ° F . <br /> - Bio mulch was 152 ° F . <br /> - Overs were 120 ° F . <br /> 4 . The temperature during the inspection was 56 ° F with a wind speed of 5 mph . <br /> 5 . Minimal amount of litter observed on neighboring property . <br /> 6 .
