Operational noise sources would include building mechanical systems , emergency <br /> backup generators , landscape maintenance equipment , outdoor patient/resident recreational activities , parking lot noise , and traffic noise . <br /> Describe any machinery , equipment , or transportation noise that may result from the proposed project : <br /> Building mechanical system and backup generator noise would depend on the equipment types and locations , unknown at this time . <br /> Transportation noise would be from worker and patient vehicle trips , and truck noise from deliveries to the site and waste removal . <br /> Light and Glare <br /> Describe any on -site sources of light and /or glare that may result from the proposed project . <br /> All outdoor luminaires of 6 , 200 initial luminaire lumens or greater will comply with Backlight , Uplight and Glare ( BUG ) ratings as defined in California Energy Code <br /> The proposed project materials would not create any additional glare to the adjacent highway or surrounding properties . <br /> Odor <br /> Describe any on -site source of odor that may result from the proposed project : <br /> The project includes community gardens .
