A Compliance Agreement dated March 8, 2022 and a Compliance Agreement Addendum <br />dated July 16, 2022 with San Joaquin County required the property owner to conduct a Phase <br />I and II Assessment. The Phase I and II Assessments were completed November 3, <br />2022. The next step is a Clean Closure Plan with an Excavation and Materials Management <br />Plan. Provide these documents to the Environmental Health Department. <br />Komal Atwal attended an office hearing on September 24, 2024. All six owners of the <br />property signed an administrative hearing agreement to comply with the Compliance <br />Agreement and resolve the inspection violations by December 2, 2024. <br />Subsequent quarterly inspections found overgrown vegetation and solid waste on site, a <br />repeat violation. Also, the Clean Closure Plan has not been provided to the EHD.
