Reviewed compost windrow pathogen reduction temperature and turning <br />records. Reviewed ground wood and compost throughput records. <br />2. No excessive odors observed. No excessive flies observed. <br />3. Measured ground wood pile and found 76 degrees F, below active compost temperature of <br />122 degrees F. <br />4. Measured the temperature of active compost windrows 2450 and 2446 and found 137 and <br />136 degrees F respectively, above the pathogen reduction temperature of 131 degrees F. <br />5. One repeat violation. Continued repeat violations will require the LEA to schedule an office <br />hearing regarding this matter. <br />6.
