A review of the application and documents found several updates needed to the <br /> Transfer/Processing Report (TPR). Required updates were listed in a letter to the <br /> operator from the EHD on June 22, 2023. An updated TPR has not been received by <br /> the EHD. <br /> The site permit expires October 25, 2023. The EHD needs adequate time to review <br /> the updated TPR and issue an updated site permit. The site cannot operate without an <br /> updated permit. Submit an additional CalRecycle form E-1-177 for the TPR <br /> amendments.
