Measured active compost windrows 2331 and 2332 during the inspection and found 148 <br /> and 142 degrees F, respectively, above the pathogen reduction temperature of 131. <br /> 2. The ground wood pile was measured at 86 degrees F, below the active compost <br /> temperature of 122 degrees F. <br /> 3. Reviewed ground wood and compost throughput records, and Pathogen Reduction <br /> temperature and turning records for active compost windrows. <br /> 4. No excessive odors observed. <br /> 5.
