SIERRA VIEW COURT
CLEMENTS, CA 95227
Location: 19007 E. Sierra View Court WP0044873
Sampling Date: 29 May 2024
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part
of the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well
Standards states: "to determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be
sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation
of the well pump, and disinfection". The sampling service fee was included with the well permit
issuance.
We have sampled your new well and have received your results. Your water sample was
analyzed by Fruit Growers Laboratory; a state certified lab.
Coliform bacteria is detected in the well water sample, EHD recommends to take a confirmation
sample to confirm presence of coliform bacteria or disinfect well.
The well water meets current general mineral primary and secondary drinking water standards.
For more information and possible health effects, please refer to the attachments along with
the full analytical results. If you have any questions regarding your well water test results you
may contact ooderha , Registered Environmental Health Specialist at (209) 616-3062.
0 4J P:
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
