All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Reaulations (Title 22) section 65545 <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Capacity number is lacking for pool and spa. <br />Provicie <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: 12.2ppm. Maintain at 3.0ppm-10ppm. <br />Spa closed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations.- 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyan uric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 <br />ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: 0.6ppm. Maintain at .4ppm or less. <br />Spa closed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical <br />quality of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, <br />lungs, or skin.
