San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />1868 East HazeIton Avenue, Stockton, CA95205-6232 <br />Telephone: (209) 468-3420 Fax: (209) 464-0138 Web: www.sjgov.org/ehd <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: SANDCREEK APARTMENTS, 1701 S MILLS AVE, LODI 95242 <br />#15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Daily chemical records are lacking. <br />Provide today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyan uric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />#16 Water Clarity <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa water has a light green color. Maintain spa so that water is clear within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck. (CCR 65527) <br />#35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to determine flow rate at flow meter. <br />Provide operative flow meter within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br />#36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The influent gauge is 24psi and the effluent is lOpsi. <br />Maintain a difference of 10psi or less. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system. (CBC 3125B) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />Flow rate: 0 gpm Chlorine: 2.6 ppm Temp: 87.00 ° F <br /> <br />Cyanuric acid: less 30 ppm pH: greater than 8. Combined chlorine: greater 2.0 ppm <br />NOTES <br />Spa is closed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
