All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#25 Spa Emergency Shut Off Switch <br />OBSERVATIONS: Emergency shut off switch not working. SPA pool closed until is fix. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A clearly labeled emergency shut off switch for both the spa recirculation and jet/aeration systems shall be <br />installed adjacent to the spa pool. (CBC 3138B) <br />#35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: No Flow meter. Provide a functional flow meter in one month <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br />#36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Effluent pressure gauge absent. Provide an effluent pressure gauge in one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
