(°`RadioShack'J, as the successor to Tandy Corporation, <br />submitted a Notice of Appeal, Request for Adbunistrative Hearing and Initial Statement of Issues <br />to the Department on November 23, 2004 pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 44307 and <br />44310 contesting the Order No. 04-01 and the. Letter; <br />Whereas: The Public Resources Code establishes certain time frames for the Department <br />to hold a hearing on the RadioShack appeal; and <br />Whereas: The Department and RadioShack have agreed that it is in the public interest to <br />try to negotiate a resolution of the dispute over Order No. 04-01 and the Letter in order to avoid <br />I-SM174077.1 <br />STIPULATION FOR STAY OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING AND STAY OF ORDER <br />
