M11Csl oniptor corporation IR Gas Sensor Module Model 5100-28 Product Data Sheet The IR Gas Sensor Module monitors for Methane, Propane, Ethane, or Butane using Infrared technology. The monitor interfaces to the Sentry hazardous gas risk management system or uses a 4-20 mA output signal to interface to other controllers The IR Gas Sensor Module utilizes Non-Dispersive Ill`ii Infrared technology to monitor for combustible gases (Methane and others). Output range is either 0-100% of LEL (default) or percent (%) by volume. This Module requires minimal maintenance with a calibration check once a year. Internal continuous self-diagnostics will automatically indicate any fault or optics problems. The 5100-28 interfaces directly with the Sierra Monitor Sentry Controller via the Sentry digital bus or directly to other devices using RS-485 Modbus RTU serial output or a 4-20 mA analog output signal.
