In response <br /> to our request, we received a letter from SJVAPCD dated August 1,2005 that"... the vapor extraction <br /> test proposed does not meet the definition of a soil vapor extraction test since the proposed site was <br /> formerly a permitted debris disposal site."As specified in the August 1,2005 letter, we contacted <br /> Mr. Fred Cruz on August 8,2005 to obtain additional information for us to conduct the pilot test. <br /> Mr. Cruz referred us to Mr. Rupi Gill.Mr. Gill provided us two options: file a completed Authority to <br /> Construct(ATC)application with applicable fees or submit a letter that provides an estimate of the <br /> expected uncontrolled emissions with supporting information such as analytical data to SJVAPCD. Please <br /> find enclosed a completed ATC application and a check for the application fee of$60.00. <br /> The following information supplements the information in the application. <br /> • For Item 3, a street address is not assigned.The Universal Transverse Mercator(UTM) <br /> coordinates are 650749.44 and 4197105.60.
