Focused inspection conducted to verify compliance with previously documented repeat violations. <br />2. The repeat violation has been reduced to an area of concern. The facility has made an effort to resolve the <br />violation, however, the fill material used to backfill the excavations and burrows is inadequate. <br />3. Bait stations were observed throughout the facility for rodent control. <br />4. Most litter has been removed from the concrete drainage ditch.
