The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2024 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. REGULATION <br /> GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately <br /> locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 09/05/2024. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($172). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> *Approximately 250 gallons of liquid was observed in the 91 fill, 87-1 STP, 87-1 fill, 87-2 STP and 87-2 fill sumps. <br /> The service technician stated that he will return on a schedule date to remove the liquid in the two 87 STP and fill <br /> sumps.
