PERSHING AVENUE, STOCKTON, CA 95207 <br />Analytical Results <br />March 3, 2023 <br />v:\1858\active\185851132\05_report_deliv\deliverable\reports\2023_rpt_17334_ust.docx 4.1 <br /> <br />4.0 ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br />4.1 SOIL SAMPLE ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br />TPH-GRO was detected in TP2-14 and TP-S-5 at concentrations of 0.102 mg/kg and 0.259 mg/kg, respectively. <br />TPH-GRO was not detected in the remaining 12 soil samples above laboratory reporting limits (LRLs). <br />Benzene was detected in TP-S-5 and P2-4 at concentrations of 0.00125 mg/kg and 0.00117 mg/kg, respectively. <br />Benzene was not detected in the remaining 12 soil samples above LRLs. <br />Toluene and ethylbenzene were detected in TP-S-5 at concentrations of 0.0241 mg/kg and 0.00636 mg/kg, <br />respectively. Toluene and ethylbenzene were not detected in the remaining 13 soil samples above LRLs. <br />Total xylenes were detected in TP2-14, TP-S-5, and P2-4 at concentrations of 0.00332 mg/kg, 0.112 mg/kg, and <br />0.00374 mg/kg, respectively. Total xylenes were not detected in the remaining 11 soil samples above LRLs. <br />n-Propylbenzene, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, and ethanol were detected in TP-S-5 at concentrations of 0.00482 mg/kg, <br />0.0584 mg/kg, and 0.383 mg/kg, respectively. n-Propylbenzene, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, and ethanol were not <br />detected in the remaining 13 soil samples collected above LRLs. <br />1,2,3-Trimethylbenzene was detected in TP2-14 and TP-S-5 at concentrations of 0.00155 mg/kg and 0.0213 mg/kg, <br />respectively. 1,2,3-Trimethylbenzene was not detected in the remaining 12 soil samples collected above LRLs. <br />1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene was detected in TP2-14 and TP-S-5 at concentrations of 0.00107 mg/kg and 0.0256 mg/kg, <br />respectively. 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene was not detected in the remaining 12 soil samples collected above LRLs. <br />Lead was detected in all fourteen soil samples at concentrations ranging from 2.20 mg/kg in P1-4 to 12.9 mg/kg in <br />P3-2. <br />TAME, TBA, DIPE, ETBE, MTBE, methanol and 58 additional VOCs were not detected in any of the soil samples <br />analyzed above their respective LRLs. <br />Soil sample analytical results are summarized in Tables 1 and 2. Complete laboratory results and chain-of-custody <br />documentation for soil samples are included in Appendix C. <br />4.2 GROUNDWATER ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br />TPH-GRO was detected in groundwater sample TPGW-11 at a concentration of 11,700 µg/L. BTEX were detected in <br />the groundwater sample at concentrations of 147 µg/L, 2,840 µg/L, 584 µg/L, and 4,170 µg/L, respectively. Ethanol <br />was detected in the groundwater sample at a concentration of 11,100 µg/L. <br />Seven additional VOCs were detected in groundwater sample TPGW-11: <br /> n-butylbenzene at a concentration of 12.3 µg/L;
