Payment receipt included as an attachment. <br /> <br /> <br />Violation #105 - Failed to properly close tanks under the definition of "Permanently Closed". <br /> <br />X This violation was corrected  This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />X Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Tank TI-3386 (440 Oil) has been cleaned out by a waste contractor. The sludge has been removed from the tank <br />and transported toa TSDF. Piping has been disconnected and capped, tank appurtenances have been covered <br />and locked and tank has been marked as out-of-service with date of closure. Photos showing out of service date <br />stamped on tank are included as an attachment. Waste manifest and tank cleaning certification are also included <br />as attachments. Tank TI-3386 (440 Oil) is now properly closed under the definition of “Permanently Closed”. <br /> <br /> <br />Violation #203 - Failure to implement the SPCC Plan. <br /> <br /> This violation was corrected  This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />X Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> <br />Since Tank TI-3386 has been out of service as of 5/31/2024 the total oil quantity on-site is under the 1,320 gal. <br />threshold and a SPCC plan is no longer required. Wilbur-Ellis does not plan on revising or creating a new SPCC <br />plan. <br />
