Waste Management Plan <br /> Cannabis Waste Holding and Destruction <br /> Greene Brothers Farm, Inc. shall dispose of cannabis waste in a secured waste container located <br /> within the Cannabis Waste Area. As organic waste accumulates on-site, Cultivation Technicians <br /> will be responsible for collecting, destroying, and placing said waste into a designated cannabis <br /> waste container. Before the container has reached capacity, the organic waste will be hauled by <br /> Cal-Waste. <br /> Upon accumulation of cannabis waste, such waste will be destroyed by mixing it with the spent <br /> organic mediums of soil utilized for delivery of water and nutrients to individual cannabis plants. <br /> The organic mediums and cannabis waste shall be co-mingled and ground down to a uniform <br /> mixture, such that the cannabis waste is destroyed and unrecognizable from its original state. In <br /> the event a Greene Brothers Farm, Inc. product is not fit for distribution, it shall be deemed <br /> cannabis waste and become subject to destruction and disposal. <br /> 1. No cannabis or cannabis goods shall be disposed of as cannabis waste unless the cannabis <br /> goods are rendered unrecognizable and unusable; <br /> 2. Any unused solvents or partially-used solvents will be disposed of at a hazardous waste <br /> disposal facility; <br /> 3. Any cannabis or cannabis goods that do not meet lab testing standards or are found to <br /> have been contaminated in any way shall be deemed cannabis waste and designated for <br /> destruction and disposal; <br /> 4. Cannabis waste shall be rendered unrecognizable by mixing and grinding it with other <br /> non-cannabis materials, so the resulting mixture is at least fifty percent(50%)non- <br /> cannabis waste by volume. <br /> a. Cannabis shall be mixed and ground with, soil, cardboard, or other organic non- <br /> cannabis refuse; <br /> 5. After rendering cannabis or cannabis goods unusable,the unusable material shall be <br /> stored in a securely locked cannabis waste container that cannot be readily moved until it <br /> can be transferred to a solid waste facility; <br /> The cannabis waste shall be hauled by Cal-Waste. <br /> Cal-Waste Recovery Systems <br /> Address: 175 Enterprise Ct.
