Panic buttons will be strategically installed to send a panic alarm to Greene Brothers Farm executives, Security Vendors, and the San Joaquin County Sheriff s Office in the event of a security threat. Security Maintenance and Audits Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure that security system inspecting and testing is conducted at least once every 30 days. If any security equipment is found to be defective, the issue shall be corrected immediately. Additionally, Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure that a security system audit occurs on an annual basis by an approved independent vendor. Facility Access and Employee Security Policy There will be no public access to the facility. Only Greene Brothers Farm personnel (including security staff)will be allowed on-site. All access points throughout the facility shall be kept locked during all operating hours except as necessary to accommodate employee movement. Entry into and exit from the facility will be facilitated by the security staff member stationed in the guard house at the northwest area of the premises. Security Staff and General Facility Security Directive An on-site uniformed, licensed security staff member will be provided by Greene Brothers Farm during all operating hours. He or she will be stationed in the guard house in the northwest area of the premises. One (1) Security Manager will coordinate and monitor security from an interior office within the guard house twenty-four hours a day. The security team shall monitor site activity,prevent loitering, facilitate site access, and serve as a visual and actual deterrent to unlawful activities. Security staff will be directed to prevent persons from remaining on the premises unless they are engaged in activity expressly related to the operation of the facility. Anyone under the age of 21 years will be prohibited. Employee, Visitor, Third Party Contractor Security To ensure security at this facility and to confirm the identity of employees, Greene Brothers Farm will require employees to wear their employee identification cards at all times. The identification cards will have each employee's name and picture. Attached is a sample of an employee identification card for your reference. If an employee has misplaced or lost their identification badge, Greene Brothers Farm shall provide a temporary employee identification badge until a replacement badge is provided. Only authorized employees shall be allowed in limited access areas on site locations. Employees access to enter limited access areas shall be based on their job duties and level of access clearance granted by the company. Only individuals authorized by Greene Brothers Farm shall be allowed to enter the facility, including employees, vendors, contractors, or others conducting business that requires access.
