Work orders from the last 12 months This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will betaken to correct violation: Met with owner of Eco-Chek (DO Inspectors) to inform them of this deficiency and to remind them that all alarms need to be documented on our monthly DO inspection report that outline of all the work performed by a licensed technician on all fuel equipment. Violation #59 - 2030001 - Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly maintained (TCR 9d). This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will betaken to correct violation: Business was purchased back in 08/2022 and no records were provided for testing/compliance/DO reports. No reports available prior to that date. Since then, we have maintained a strict electronic documentation and filing system which stores all DO reports, annual testing, fuel equipment repair work orders and other required documentation available at all times.
