OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the following materials were not complete: -Carbon dioxide shows the storage temperature as"<ambient" but was observed stored in ambient temperature. -Carbon dioxide shows the location as storage room but this was observed outside in the trash enclosure REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete. The following were inaccurate on the site map: -The CO2 was observed outside in the trash enclosure but is listed on the map as inside next to the cold box -The spill control equipment was observed outside in the trash enclosure but is listed on the map inside in front of the cold box - Propane was observed outside of the front door to the store but was not listed on the map REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary.
