Are windows on sight gauges clear? Are <br />wire connections intact? Follow manufacturers' <br />instructions for regular maintenance of these items. Check the following and verify <br />as applicable: <br />Antisyphon valve <br />Check valve <br />Shear valve <br />Gate, ball or isolation valve. <br />Have flame arrestors been maintained per <br />manufacturer's recommendations? <br />Tank Manways and Piping <br />Are piping system joints, manway covers, gaskets, <br />and attachment bolts tight and in good condition with <br />no sign of wear, damage, leaks or corrosion? <br />Are piping supports in good condition and free of <br />corrosion and damage? <br />Is leak or release detection on underground piping <br />being performed and documented if required? <br />Tank Equipment <br />Normal and emergency vents free of obstructions? <br />Have the level sensing devices, (e.g. level gauges, <br />alarms) been checked for operability, where <br />possible, as per the manufacturer's instructions or <br />good engineering practice? <br />Free of noticeable distortions, buckling, denting, or <br />bulging? <br />Free standing water on roof? <br />Are labels and tags intact and legible? <br />Free of visible signs of coating failure? <br />Tank Foundation/Supports <br />Free of tank settlement or foundation washout? <br />Concrete pad or ring wall free of spalling? <br />Tank supports in satisfactory condition? <br />Is water able to drain away from tank if tank is resting <br />on the ground? <br />Is the grounding strap between the tank and the <br />foundation/supports in good condition? <br />Tank Shell Heads and Roof <br />Inspector's Signature: Inspection Date: 9/11/2024 <br />ITEM STATUS COMMENTS <br />Facility Name: Interstate Truck Center, 2110 S.
