The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 11/21/2023 <br />2023 Submittal- 2/16/2023 (Late) <br />2022 Submittal- 2/15/2022 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility on the day of inspection.
