The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JACK IN THE BOX#486 as of September 27, 2024. <br /> Open violations from July 22, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#5-1010006-Updated within 30 days of 100%increase or new haz; change of <br /> address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br /> OBSERVATION: Spoke to former owner, Tony Romley and he stated that the business was sold over three years ago. <br /> No updates have been made on CERS to show this change in ownership. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more <br /> increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous <br /> materials c) A change of business or facility address d)Change business ownership e)Change of <br /> business name f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any <br /> portion of the business plan. (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in <br /> a facility that would inhibit immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response <br /> personnel, or that could inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational <br /> knowledge of the facility,or impede implementation of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#9-1010003-Business Owner/Operator ID and Business Activities pages electronically submitted <br /> and are accurate. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Business Owner information on CERS is incorrect. Spoke to former owner Tony Romley and he <br /> stated the facility was sold to a new owner over 3 years ago, CERS still has former owner information. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
