EXCEPT when wind is moving in direction of sensitive crops,then the <br /> maximum wind velocity is 5 m.p.h. <br /> 6. No Dicamba or Phenoxy herbicide applications are allowed beginning March 16 and continuing through October 15,or <br /> longer until grape leaves in the vicinity of the treated area are"browned off'. <br />
