Hewitt Road <br /> Linden,CA 95236 <br /> RE: Violations committed and purpose of Office Hearing regarding 828 S.Hewitt Road,Linden(APN 187-020- <br /> 06). <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department conducted a routine annual inspection December 27, <br /> 2007,at the above referenced location.The results of the inspection confirmed the continued existence of solid <br /> waste violations noted in previous inspections at this site.The site is located at 828 S.Hewitt Road,Linden(APN <br /> 187-020-06). Concrete,wood waste,organic material,vehicles,metal scrap,waste tires and other debris have <br /> accumulated at the east side of the property where a closed solid waste disposal site exists.The site also has <br /> areas of subsidence and buried wastes that have been noted to be surfacing.These are violations of the following <br /> State and County Codes/Regulations: <br /> 1. Title 27 California Code of Regulations§207050-Site Maintenance <br /> 2. Title 27 California Code of Regulations §20650-Grading of Fill Surfaces <br /> 3. Public Resources Code §42834-Unpermitted Minor Waste Tire Facility <br /> Legal Action may be necessary at this time. However to preclude any injustice to you, you are requested to appear to <br /> show cause why legal action should not be committed against you. <br /> Therefore, an Office Hearing has been scheduled on February 20, 2008 at 10:00am, at 600 E. Main Street, <br /> Stockton, California.
