Correct all areas of subsidence and exposed waste with 12 inches of soil cover, <br /> compacted and graded, to prevent runoff of fill surfaces. <br /> 3.) Remove all solid waste that has accumulated on site and dispose of it at an approved <br /> disposal facility. Provide documentation to the Department for proper disposal of solid <br /> waste. <br /> Failure to provide a Work Plan to address above violations will result legal proceedings to <br /> include the issuance of Notice and Order. <br /> Proprietor's Sig re <br />
