CalRecycle
Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188)
THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 16 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR)
X No Violations or Areas of Concern
V A I Regulations
Inspection Report Comments:
Routine annual inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
1. Previous violations regarding surfacing waste has been corrected. No exposed waste was
observed. Facility has completed their Work Plan. The exposed waste was covered with 12
inches of clean dirt.
2. Facility has an accumulation of construction related material on the east side of the property.
Dispose of all materials that are not reusable. This issue will be looked at during a status check
visit this winter.
3. Rabbit and/or squirrel holes were observed in the disposal site area. Implement some form of
control. Periodically check the disposal site area for holes and use clean dirt to fill any holes
observed. This issue will be looked at during a status check visit this winter.
4. There was one area in the disposal site that appears to have insufficient grading to promote lateral
runoff of precipitation and prevent ponding. According to Adrienne Zador, daughter of the owners,
there is a plan to use on-site piles of clean dirt to fill this area. Use clean dirt to fill the area in
order to promote lateral runoff of precipitation and prevent ponding. This issue will be looked at
during a status check visit in the wet months (winter).
