The solid waste includes waste tires, wood, metal,and bricks. <br /> Remove the waste from the site and dispose of it at a permitted landfill. Use a registered waste tire hauler to haul 10 or <br /> more waste tires at a time. Keep landfill receipts and tire hauler manifests for review by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> 2)Violation—T27 CCR§20650—Grading of Fill Surfaces—The site has areas of subsidence and exposed waste. <br /> Provide a plan to the EHD to regrade the site to cover exposed waste and promote water runoff. <br /> 3) Violation—Public Resources Code §42834—Unpermitted Minor Waste Tire Facility—More than 500 waste tires are <br /> stored at the site. Properties storing more than 500 waste tires must obtain a minor waste tire facility permit from the <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). <br /> Call the CIWMB at 1-866-896-0600 to get a minor waste tire facility permit or dispose of the tires using a registered <br /> waste tire hauler. <br /> INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: '. �' DATE: It4 /0-7 <br />
